The eligibility letter is basically is an " Approved in Principle" so the next step is security check and then you get your portal 1. But basically the application is approved.

Nope, doesnt matter you are minor or not. If you travel back before you obtaining your cizitenship, you will lose your PR , simple. Dont take the risk. Period

If you wanna lose your status, go ahead and travel back to your home country. You can only can go after you obtain your canadian cizitenship

Just go online and apply with your expired passport. You put the expiry date , the date you submitting the application and thats it. They know protected people dont have their passport.

You are fine, you can even renew your home country passport if you want.

There is no international fee if your case has been accepted , you pay demostic fee and you can apply for student loan as well, but if your case is still in proccess then there will be international fee and you cant apply for laon
