Dear I believe not allowing flagpole for PGWP and going with someone to help and support for flagpole, both are 2 diff things. There is no harm if someone will go with u to support.. I have personal experiences 3 times. That is y I believe it will be a great help to someone opting for flagpole.

As per my experience we reached 7:30 at US border they took our passports and asked us to wait till 8 at 8 am US officer handed over the passports to all applicants trying for flagpole. That time u will have to rush Coz at time they have limited spots once those spots are finished they ask you...

There is no harm in going with him. Please don’t misguide U can go with him. In US u can even go inside with him. While returning back to Canada u can wait in car outside office.
