My test is done. Have everything except physical presence which is stuck in progress.

Still seeing. Sent a message through contact form, and sent an email to my processing office. No reply.

Is the office email the same as the sender of the test invite? I.e IRCC.DNCenMTLConvoEapp-EappConvoMTLCenDN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

Is this a system where I can see emails they've sent to me? They've asked me for more info but not got any mail.

Oh, mine shows as "We're waiting for information from you" even though I got no email.

@aphermix I'm in the exact same situation. I just emailed them. My have my physical presence in pending and completed citizenship test. Got nothing in spam either.

I'm a similar boat. Was it the fingerprint they were asking for?
