Is it normal to get warning while submitting photo to get "Too bright or Too dark" on portal 2

Just received my portal credentials however my names are swapped for first and last? Should I wait till I receive my ECOPR to see what's on it before I reach out to IRCC? Can someone please guide?

Called IRCC 4 times now. 3 webforms. Reached out to local MP they said it's with landing team to which they do not have any communication.
