To check the dispatch of PR card after P2, link your PR card application in IRCC(GC Key) account. There will be two GUs. The second Ghost Update will change the status of your PR Card application to approved and you will see the date when they sent you the PR card.

I was in similar situation. I filled out "Education" activity from "Canada" & did not mention India there. It should be the country where the institution is located and not where you were located.

I had the same situation as yours. Ask your rep to forward the email(with the pdf attachment) he received to your email address. Then keeping the subject same, reply with your information in the email body to IRCC/VO email address. No need to cc your rep. From here on, your rep will not play...

Its not mandatory. If you wish to track when GUs are done and when they send you the card, you can link PR Card application in your IRCC account. Even if you don't do this, PR card will be mailed to you.

26th August-eCOPR & got GU1 today- Sep 16

Broadly, IRCC is sticking to their processing times. I have no complaint. For me AOR to eCOPR took 4.5 months & eCOPR to PR card should be taking less than 25 days. This all within mentioned processing times given by IRCC.

GU = Ghost Update. Once eCOPR is issued, applicant can link the PR Card application with the IRCC/GC Key account and track there. GU1 & GU2 is when the status of application changes twice before they dispatch the PR card via mail.

Today I got the GU1. P1,P2 & eCOPR in Aug. My timeline is in the signature for those who want to refer.
