    UPDATE: In less than a 24 hours after writing this post I receive feedback with good news that application is approved. It took almost a month to proceed it. Not bad at all. I think that we, people, are getting less patient these days :) , not the procedure time that take a long period.

    Did you tried to re-download it from given link , fill it again, validate it, save it in different folder and upload it ? This is last option I know of. I ha similar problem with other form, where I did what I described before (save it in different folder) and it worked for me. Regards,

    Try to validate first. After validating, save it to a different location than your template, try not to overwrite it and maintain it original name. It should work like that.

    After validating, try to save to a different location than your existing IMM 1294 form template (do not overwrite). It should solve the problem.
