Hi..my parents and in laws did their medical from sadhu vaswani. Dr malkit was very good and polite. He did upfront all test so my parents don't need to go again. You just need to call hospital and book an apointment. Take some extra money. sometime they ask for extra tests based on findings

Yes you should contact CIC. I also got my parents medical request on Nov 7. and my parents did medical on Nov 13 and on Nov 19th my CIC updated medical passed. my LVO is Missisuaga

Yes it did..That's the only thing I provide for the proof of relationship and even this certificate I got 10 years back when I applied for my PR.
