it depends anywhere from 3-10 days. for me it took 3 business days to get the link and then one day to get AWB.

Any one got Envelope Dispatch from IRCC message on Friday and got their passport back on Saturday/Sunday? when does AWB number gets activated?

Just stay calm and wait, it should come any time now. good thing is that you are not PR applicant for them they are taking minimum 10-15 business days.
