can we fly to Canada to with copr and pr visa stamped on passport?

It's me alone.. I applied on dec 4th, passport submitted on Feb 24th, passport reached Delhi ircc on Feb 26th, and after a long waiting I got this message today.In how many days I can expect my passport to reach me? Any idea?

I submitted my passport on Feb 24th and it reached IRCC on feb 26th. When can I expect to receive it? And will I get PRTD with my passport stamped with PR?
