Canadian Experience Class - Occupation and Canadian education

Does it affect the application if my Occupation NOC is not related to my Candian certificate of qualification NOC and my current work NOC in Canda? I mean my occupation is 11101, my Candian certificate of qualification is 21221 and my current job is 11101.

Profile Inelegible after several applications and "complying everything" to be elegible for CEC

I'm beginning to wonder if the ECA for immigration purposes is the same one as the general comprehensive application they ask for the program. Do you know if it's the same one?

Should I declare that I already applied to the Express Entry in a different profile?

I applied to the Express Entry last year and it said my profile was inelegible. So I did the TEF exam that helped me with my points and when I applied again it automatically said my profile was inelegible. After doing my research, it was adviced to create another profile and apply again. Now...

I didn't get an answer. It was not clear for me. I didn't get a "yes", "no", "no one knows, it's case by case" or anything similar.

Can I leave the country after applying for the PR?

Okay so, if I have my eTA, my valid Work Permit, and I just applied to the PR (after getting the ITA and paying and everything), would it put into jeopardy my PR application if I take a 7 days trip outside of the country?

Can I leave the country after applying for the PR?

I have a eTA that is electronically linked to my passport. That one expires 2029. So I don't know if I can leave Canada after applying for the PR, even with the eTA in case leaving puts at risk the approval or pauses the PR process.

Can I leave the country after applying for the PR?

I'm planning to apply as soon as I get my french TEF results. That should be in two weeks, end of January. Then when I get the ITA, I pay, and officially apply. But my trip is in the end of March. I don't know if my Open Work Permit would count as a TRV once I submit my documents to apply for...
