@moniquey_ : I got a temp AOR by contacting ircc and and then used that in web form for submitting additional documents

@JackK : I also remember calling them to get a temporary application number so as to use it in the webform.

@JackK : After sending the application, i sent out a webform that had a letter of explanation on why i didn't have an NOA. I also got a document from my bank which showed my total bank balance. I send that along with Pay stubs (4 latest) and a document from employer in an official letterhead...

Most probably it is alright, but I wanted to confirm so called IRCC helpline to get some peace of mind....

@Reet62 : Only an automatic email that is usually send within 1-2 days saying your webform has been submitted. The agent no longer responds to such emails since its not an priority enquiry. Hope it helps :)

It finally got updated after more than a month and after raising web form, also communicating with IRCC helpline...

@Reet62 : Oct 21 at chennai. My wife is the one who gave the biometrics, its for spousal sponsorship....

@vigneshkp97 : Were your biometrics number, biometric expiry date etc present at top right corner ? All that is present in GC-KEY. Only problem is the action is required, which hasnt updated since giving the biometrics.

@kanada07 : How long did it take for the biometric glitch to resolve itself ? I have already submitted a webform. Did you do anything else as well ? Feeling a little helpless :(

@suranjan : I am in same situation. I raised a web form as well. Do you think biometrics will change to submitted in the bottom section soon ?
