Can we fill webform for visitor visa to let officer know that I applied for my uncle to visit me on my convocation but Thats was on June 25th So i now want him to come on my birthday because I want his presence as I couldn't show him my convocation ceremony

yeah , reason was same , he was part time student in first semester he withdrew 1 course

no thats fine if you already apply for that but we filled web form with explanation letter we are also waiting for any reply

because its happnd with my frnd as well but they filled web form for re-considering the file again
