Just for everybody's information and to close this thread I want you to know that I applied for the VISA after replying pointwise (in the SOP) to the reasons listed in GCMS NOTES regarding refusal of VISA. Unfortunately this time also I did not get the VISA.

I have penned down the SOP or SOE (statement of explanation) if you may call it. I just need someone who could proof read it and give me some good suggestions if there are any shortcomings in it.

I agree but with my low scores I do not have other options in Canada. But I intend to show what positions I can apply for after coming back to India and what prospects are there after getting a post graduate certificate from a foreign country - Canada in this case

Hey Guys, Thanks for al your views and suggestions. For the uninitiated, I am from India. Well, some people (like me) who aren't good at studies realize this "Oh I should have done better, I should have studied more etc." but in hindsight and only after you realize the importance of studies...

I think its ok. We are all different people and have different perspectives and different ways to put our thoughts in writing. But thanks for the point that you made. Students who have not secured the best of marks in graduation cannot do masters, so does that mean if they want to study further...
