One of my friend traveled to Egypt since almost a year, he got the visa from the embassy. This is what I know from him. So sharing this to let you know that Egypt can issue a visa for RTD holders without PR. Just check the process with the embassy. Good luck

You have to inculde your family with your application. Otherwise you can not sponsor them at later stages. It's better to have passports and include their passports in the application as well.

I don't have any idea.. I read here a while ago, that someone got his PR, but he never received an eligibility letter.

Same is here. I passed eligibility but I didn't receive any eligibility letter.

It doesn't updated for me. Maybe it's a system glitch or something else I am not sure!! This is why I updated by myself.
