True I received an email from Montreal vo yes I received it with the same response because I mailed them every day since last one month.

I received the 2nd portal confirmation email 21st October replied same day uploaded photo and address since then it’s showing review under IRCC,we have been waiting since more than a month,nothing from IRCC,no update,raised multiple web forms,even replied to the first portal email,nothing...

Me too,tried calling them too many times ,was never able to get in the queue,don’t know how long we have to wait for this.

I agree,I don’t understand either what is taking them so long,yes most people receive their ECOPR within 2 to 3 days max 7 days and we have been waiting more than a month.did you call IRCC?

Do not know ,raised so many web forms didn’t receive any response.Tried calling them wasn’t able to get in the queue to talk to an agent,it is super frustrating.
