The form is attached with oath taking ceremony letter, not test invitation letter.

Surrey office is using CIC-Surrey@cic.gc.ca, which make so much sense. They even hand out a contact information after test, in case any applicant need to update information. What is the subject of the email you got from the address "CIC-VancouverItinerant@cic.gc.ca"? test invitation? Thank you

She is getting there, Surrey IRCC is issuing test invitations to applicants who became IP in Feb.
