Congrats! My tracker updated on a Thursday and I had the email on Wednesday (6 days later)

Test completed: October 8 Decision made: December 1 Oath Invite: January 5 Oath: January 27

All applications go to NS and are then sent to local offices. I applied from Vancouver but my processing office is Surrey. It'll say in email address you got test invite. You'll probably be VAN or SRY.
