Hey, we finally got our PPR email. AOR - June 20 PPR - 31 Dec Not sure about the rest of the updates in between, as we had a consultant handling our case. @cansha and others - thanks so much for the help with all the doubts we had. Hope the new year brings more PPRs to the group!!

Thanks @cansha. Yes, you are spot on. These are Program Assistant notes. I deleted the words 'Program Assistant' while pasting as I thought it was irrelevant. I don't see any 'Case Analyst' notes in my GCMS. Checked end to end. Any advice?
