Its the same thing. I have an online account on IRCC so they send me an email saying i have a message and when i log into my account , the PDF is posted there. All communication from IRCC was sent this way.

Thank you. i am leaning towards her traveling to Canada too. Waited 1 year for this and it finally comes through 2 weeks before her flight. It's difficult to contact IRCC or the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi. Would have liked some "official" guidance on this situation.

Hi, is this something that you have done successfully, or is it based on what you have heard. I am in the same boat, received my mom's passport submission email but now she is booked to fly to Toronto at the end of Feb so I don't want to risk her not having her passport.
