@Taweda, you can do the 2nd stage yourself, is just to submit the documents. If you are using a lawyer you will still have to provide the documents yourself to the lawyer then the lawyer will forward to immigration on your behalf.
@Taweda your update does not necessarily have to be things happening to you in Canada, you can update with some of the events back in your home country such as non accessibility to health care, education, political instability and the likes.
