Yes. Because of COVID at that time applications were only submitted online. I’m not sure if it’s still the case.

No they did not. I submitted my application online through epost in August 2020. Never heard from them until March 2021 when they asked my to come for the first interview, which they only seized my passport.

They only seized my passport in March 2021 Without interview. i had my interview in November 2021. Then they sent me the work permit.
