Tracker usually updates the next day after changes have been made in your case.

I ordered both and didn't see any difference between them. So you can choose a free one - Privacy Act. If you have dependents, it’s better to sign the consent form for them to be able to see their information in notes as well.

Has anyone tried to reach the IRCC call center today? I called 1-888-242-2100 and just in less than 1 sec my call has been cut off with the message on the screen “User busy”. Is their phone line down?

I assume you want to know if is Tracker still alive? For example, my background check was started on Jan 2 (only security check remains + ADR military service) and I haven't had updates in my Tracker since Jan 2 but today I got a new one, however, it was a ghost update. Nothing visible changed.
