I guess once you get BOWP - you can re-active same SIN number. And if you get PR you will get new SIN number. And no issues with expired SIN for the time you wait for new WP or PR as it is justifiable.

Hi Legal falcon- I got my Co-Pr and date mentioned it as 10th March 2020 and online application approved on 13th March 2020. I am an inland applicant. Can I do flag poling or to send web form for inland appointment? Is it safe to to flag poling now?

Someone has to sign and receive the passport documents - so you can see that in Canada post tracking- which assures that our passport reached safely.
