Did call them , agent informed me that fingerprints are valid only for an year. I did shoot an email to IRCC too, let's see what's their explanation. It's frustrating

IRCC requested for my fingerprints on April 2nd, 2021 and after 2 months they updated my file stating that background verification is completed. Then, my citizenship test was completed on Dec 1st,2021. Thought next step will be Oath but no they sent me another email requesting for fingerprints...

Once you get PPR, you will need to fill this form https://vfs-cic.mioot.com/forms/PS/ for passport pickup & drop. VFS has a tie up with blue dart for passport collection.

Tried dropping off at blue dart office but refused to take it as their system doesn't reflect the AWB number. Emailed VFS and they say it's been escalated to concerned team and waiting for team response. It's so frustrating. I am from Bangalore.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. Even my mom is in Bangalore, we did pay for passport pick up drop services and received AWB number through email. It's been 3 weeks and still waiting for courier person. Been contacting blue dart and VFS back & forth but no response.

Yes, you can fill up the current address to be picked up. Web form does ask you to fill up all the details.
