Even if u raise webform, you will get a general reply. You can only wait sis , I’m planning to withdraw this file and file another one since this file has stuck and I can’t do anything about it

Is there any study permit file that is in the same condition as me? I applied in non sds category on 31st May 2021 and gave biometrics on 28th June. My medical updated on 9th July but biometric hasn’t updated yet! It shows “we have not received your fingerprints”. I raised a webform on 26th July...
