Hi all, My Aor is Dec 2019 and my ecas has been showing decision made since 6th Feb 2021 and i still haven’t received ppr. Anyone in the same boat? Is this normal? Its been 2 weeks now. Anyone has any idea what to do? I have raised few webforms and even called ircc but that was of no help.

Yea i can understand, so NDVO has not replied to any of your emails? I would suggest once just go to the vfs in kuwait and directly try submitting your passport rather than calling. They are very vague on the call..
