If you did the medical exam based on IRCC medical request and submitted the form (IMM1017, I think) along with it, then it will be automatically linked. If you are doing a pre-medical test, then you need to upload when you submit the application.

Yes, I checked in IRCC portal as well, I only see the visitor visa status. But not the PR status. Do I need add their application ID somehow?

Yes, AoR takes time. 4 weeks atleast. I got mine in 4 weeks, which is in the faster category.

I assume you are talking about PR sponsorship, if so, Medicals - yes. You will get a letter after sponsorship approval. If this is for TRV, then no Medicals. No biometrics for 1 year old.

You will see that in their medical request form. Which you will get along with or after sponsorship approval. I got both on same day.
