Hi, I am not an expert but based on previous posts I have read that they calculate the difference if assets minus liabilities. So I think your total funds is $23000 which is asset and your liability is $26000. So the difference is negative balance -3000$ I know that your monthly installments...

but i lived in Canada for more than 6 months and I am now in my home country applying as FSW-outland My address history has some address from Canada hence the certificate.

no they did not take any photo when report came it had empty space for photo. ok I will submit it then. One more advise please : should i stick photo on it the same one which i will upload with application ? or that is a bad idea ?
