For me it took total 32 days to get the passports back, so be patient you will get them :) Application was approved in 22days and received passports back after 13days of approval.

Thanks for the update, hope we will get our passports soon. I was hoping that tracker will get updated today, but still no update !

What else can be done now, application is already approved, all they need is to send the passports back and they are not doing that. They have no support mechanism, I am amazed how they are running the whole immigration program, if people are not able to reach out to them in case of any issue :(
