Hi @Amiah_world - thanks for the link. I had connected my parents PGP application as well, however, I cannot see any option to upload the document. I went to submitted application or upload documents but there are no options to do so. If anyone has a solution would be great to know. Thank you.

Not necessarily. They say it can take longer. My card was approved on Jan 5th. I guess there is a whole lot that is missing.

Jan 5th mailed out. Still not received. I hope they didn’t screw up a whole batch.

Mine was mailed on Jan 5th but I haven’t received it either. I can’t apply for a lost card till it’s been 6 weeks. Have you come across other people who have faced the same problem?

Depending on where you get it from, it can take a day to a week. Just follow up with the hospital.

There has been a huge variation in the number of days it takes for card to reach after the status online has changed to approved. I have to book my flight due to some immediate concerns but would like to take my card with me. Any insight regarding timelines would be appreciated.

How are you going to get it to you? Courier?
