Subject: Reconsideration Request for Visit Visa Application – V339501949

Dear Visa Officer,

I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the careful consideration of my recent application for a visit visa to Canada. I have received the notice of refusal, and while I respect the decision-making process, I believe there may be additional information that could shed light on my application and address the concerns outlined in the refusal letter.

Firstly, I would like to emphasize that I firmly believe my application does not lack any essential information or documentation. I am strongly committed to a temporary stay in Canada and assure you that I will adhere to the authorized timeframe, promptly leaving the country as required. The following reasons underscore my commitment to returning to my home country:

  • Proven Travel History: Over the past decade, I have had the opportunity to visit numerous countries, including the Turkey and Saudi Arabia. My travel history demonstrates my consistent adherence to the prescribed timelines, exemplified by my recent visit to Turkey October 2020. I have always returned to my home country within the stipulated time frames.

  • Family Ties: My family, comprising my Husband and children, is a significant part of my life. My children have businesses one of them have business in Malaysia and another one have business in our home country, and my Husband is Land Lord. Leaving them behind is not only emotionally challenging but practically implausible.

  • Property Ownership: I maintain a stable life in my home country, as evidenced by my property ownership and residence. I have no intentions of selling this property, as it is an integral part of my life. Leaving behind such substantial assets would be contrary to my established commitments.

  • Professional Stability: As a dedicated Retired Government Officer for the past 31 years and Retired in 2022 and received pension worth of PKR 3900000/- approximately, currently serving as an Emergency appointed Examiner by the University of Peshawar during different Examinations. I am deeply invested in my career. My commitment to my professional responsibilities and my promising career trajectory serve as additional assurances that I have no intention of jeopardizing my position by overstaying in Canada.
I understand the necessity of scrutinizing visa applications to ensure compliance with regulations. I am more than willing to provide any supplementary information or documentation that may be required to facilitate a positive reassessment.

I sincerely believe that, given the factors above, I am a responsible and committed visitor who will respect the terms of the visa and return to my home country as scheduled. I kindly request your reconsideration of my application, and I am ready to provide any further information you may require to support this appeal.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I look forward to a favorable resolution.

Sincerely,

SAIRA KHATOON
