guys, any idea what is the procedure to withdraw study permit visa application, as the semester of my Unv has started and still no sign for Visa, I would withdraw my SP as I am already in a process to get my study done in Germany

not necessary you are born & raise in UAE, In general if you have resident permit of UAE, the medical is not required for Study permit.
