Dont need to send PCC from RCMP.

PCC can be obtained from any Passport Seva Kendra. Fees is 500 and you need an appointment. It is given the same day when you go to the office the day of your appointment. One Photo Id and I address proof required.

SuperVisa time doesnt count. Their 3 years time start from the day they became PR in Canada. I think IRCC only allow time concessions to Students, for 3 years of studies, 1 year is counted in PR.
