I’m trying to ask for an extension for both biometric and Medical. Does anyone know how to contact them? I tried to send a webform and it asked if the application is being treated outside of Canada. If I choose outside. It asked which visa office

When did you apply? I did a sponsorship application for my husband and they requested for the police certificate from DCPJ. It’s not difficult. In our case we had to ask for an extension because of all the chaos going on the country.

Citizenship certificate is not accepted?

Also when you get AOR it doesn’t mean you are Eligible or approved. It’s just mean that your application package is complete. Not all complete application will be approved. Canada always do their own background check as a result if someone has a bad record, you can always get denied
