PPR received, but spouse has not been added even after intimating IRCC

You can't send your passport now. You will have to wait for IRCC to add your spouse and then a new request will be generated for the both of you.

Refer this thread https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/ppr-received-but-spouse-has-not-been-added-even-after-intimating-ircc.713412/ I had the same headache. They wasted 2 years of my time like this. I hope they are processing files faster now!

Expect such a delay from them. Your best hopes are to bombard them with web forms and hope someone looks at it and performs the necessary action.

I have to say, what a well thought out and worded response mush! It's encouraging and inspiring. Just a random stranger saying thanks for putting it out there

You should try and contact them via call or webform asap. Also if medicals are required, you should also keep an appointment booked and ready because there is usually a long wait time. Do not wait for them to contact you!

PPR received, but spouse has not been added even after intimating IRCC

Hi @legalfalcon, I received my PPR recently and had sent my passport for stamping. IRCC returned my passport stating it was damaged and that I needed to resubmit a new one. I have applied for it and will be getting it in 3-5 days. Do I need to send a scanned copy of the new passport using a web...

    The Outlander PPR Thread

IT'S PPR FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 years 10 months OR 1024 days. The wait has been excruciatingly painful but it's done at last. (Sorry for the long post. I just had to get it out out there!) Thanks to all the members who kept hopes alive during the time of pandemic and many many months...

As mentioned earlier, it doesn't make sense to send the passport now. They will add your spouse and generate PPR when your spouse has been processed.

You need to bombard them with webforms and emails, daily. Otherwise they don't do anything.
