    Sure. It means the officer already checked your application. You must have valid medical result in order to issue COPR.

    The reason why the applicants the year already got their COPR first is IRCC can prove their work performance with this rate. IRCC will say like this. Even the pandemic, we show our performance in the limited working situation.

    IRCC made new office to process for applicant whose AOR Feb, March, April this year. That's why they got COPR so fast.
