Who’s still waiting since a month like me?

Who was your officer? I’m waiting since October 24th. I’ve urgent travel but they’re not even considering that.

Can you explain how the call centre agent can help get the certificate? Whenever I call they say they cannot help as only officer can do it. Which office was yours?

2-5 business days is the normal processing time which they advertise. It depends on officers though.

Yea, it wouldn't have matter if I had the PR card or had I known it will take this long I would have postponed by Oath by a few months.

By the time they'll help (bureaucracy) the travel dates are gone. It's not like we're stuck at background check or eligibility. It's a certificate that just needs to be uploaded. If I don't get in next 2 days then it doesn't matter if I get it next year or two years after because I didn't get...

No way. I'm still waiting and almost crying out loud because I need to travel urgently and no is responding to calls, emails, webforms. All they're saying is wait. But I don't know why and for what.

From forum search, the ones that commented got it, except for obviously the one with this one officer. People even get it a few hours after ceremony and it’s been more than 3 weeks, it’s not even a paper certificate.
