Yes I can do that and work on my SOP. But, most of the programs offered for masters in CS require a Bachelor degree from the computer science domain. Hence, I was wondering if someone knows any university accepting students from other backgrounds with good programming knowledge

As 16 months of study are of 4 semesters without any scheduled breaks in between
