    Same here...July AOR..I called last Thursday and the agent mentioned that Info Sharing is in progress and Security hasn't started. My eligibility passed in first week of January. It's altogether a random game

    Yes, you have to choose another option..I guess most probably it's '0' after you hear all the computerized info, just wait for sometime after listening to the recorded application status

    While choosing virtual number in Textnow, I hope you selected the Canadian code, if not then please select a Canadian number. Also, it does take quite long to connect to an agent.
