been DM'd more than 6 months... been waiting for oath... do you think requesting GCMS notes will give us any info what is going on?

Also DM on Jul 29th... still waiting for oath... hopefully we get it soon... is there another number i could call? Last time I called they were not entertaining calls due to the afghanistan issue... not sure if that is still the case?
