Medical completed on tracker today , background check in progress from last 4 months

No updates after Dec 28, the last update I got was spousal eligibility approval letter and background check in progress.

Has anyone received any updates on their application? The last update on my profile was in December.

I applied at the end of july, got Aor in August and biometrics done in October. There was a ghost update on my profile on Nov 01. No updates after that. No idea what's going on.

I had to apply for sowp it took around 45-50 days. I applied for sowp on sept 3 and i got the approval on oct 24.
