Can someone please guide me for uploading documents for minor. There are same options to upload as adult application. Where i should upload parents’ marriage certificate, parents cdn passport and child birth certificate? Do i need to upload No objection letter online or just need to send it...

My son’ birth certificate has both of our names as parents. He was born here. Do i still need attested marriage certificate by MEA. 2 years ago when my spouse applied for oci with my older kid. He did not need to include marriage certificate for our kid oci. I am not sure if they have changes...

Our indian passport does not have each other’ names in last bio pages.

Both of our names are mentioned on my kid’ birth certificate but not on his canadian passport. Our marriage certificate is not attested by ministry of external affair. I hope they still consider it.

I am sending offer letter ( employment letter) with my application. It describes job position, pay range, job start date, employer name and address and job duties.

For child oci, do we need to send marriage certificate? My marriage certificate is from India. Will they consider that?

I dont have any previous canadian passport. Just surrendered indian passport. I called two different bls at two diff locations and they both replied the same.

I called BLS to check about this. They said i should enter my indian passport number that I just surrendered. Please let me know if someone has done it and did not face any issue. Thanks

@msatishxp thank you. One more question. Do we only need to send the self attested documents as per the checklist only? When i try to upload documents, it also asks about spouse’ oci card and current passport, marriage certificate. I will upload that. Do i also need to send everything whatever...
