Oh okay. Mine got rejected, after I re-uploaded, it took me to a page where I can modify the pic. One I was done It automatically showed me errors like too dark, or too bright or wrong pixel size …until it was good to go and submit. But my color photo turned black and white itself in the portal...

What was the reason of your rejection ? After you upload the pic, did you have to use a blue rectangle and 2 green circles to fit your face ?

Hi, your photo got rejected, mine too. When you de-uploaded it, was the picture black and white ? Because I de-uploaded a color picture, and it shows up in black and white on the portal. Let me know
