As we all have the same concern, and I guess every webform we sent has had the same correspondence from the IRCC which is “covid reason”. My suggestion is to write one letter and those folks with pending pr application could be a signatory of the letter then will forward it to an caregiver...

Yadav, you can apply for eTA as long as you have valid work permit.. and, they will allow you to enter because the IRCC considered our NOC as essential.

When your work permit expires and decided not to get a new work permit (LMIA) while waiting for the decision of the pr/bowp application, it is now called maintained status previously known as implied status.

That’s correct! But sometimes it’s hard to stay positive when you see and hear that IRCC keep processing application from other pathways..
