I submitted my landing on the portal from the Ottawa office on December 29th and haven't heard any news ever since. I guess they are backlogged!

My VO is also Ottawa. They sent me the portal credentials a day after I got the invitation (Dec 28th). And I haven't had any news ever since.

Thank you! I first saw "Decision Made" on Ecas on December 23rd. And I got the e-mail from IRCC about the Permanent Resident Portal today (December 28th). I already replied to their e-mail and waiting for the second e-mail with the login to come in. Hopefully tomorrow or before December 31st.

Thanks for the information! It's definitely more reassuring to read this. However, I've heard of rare occasions where they ask for the RCMP background check. Hope it's not the case for me! I'm hopeful for an eCoPR before Christmas. :D

My lawyer told me that, after the medical, they may ask for a RCMP background check, especially in my case that I've been living in Canada for a while (6 years).
