Thank you for your reply! The agent at service Canada wasn't able to print his SIN and we were told that they have to process his document. We also called and we were told the same thing, not quite sure what that processing procedure involves or it's meaning. Thanks!

Hello, My husband landed as a Permanent Resident in January. We went in- person to Service Canada to apply for his SIN. We were told it would be mailed to us in two weeks. It has been 4 weeks and we still haven't received this document. Has this happened to anyone else? How long does it take...
