does any one know how much time it takes from processing the OCI to finally receiving it? on the OCI status enquiry site, it is showing the processed for last 1 week but hasn't been dispatched yet from New Delhi. I thought dispatch should happen within 2 days of processing. BLS still says...

in the citizenship certificate section, the application asks for "Date of Issue or Effective Date of Citizenship". the "Effective Date of Citizenship" is the oath date right? and also can the citizenship certificate issue date be different from the effective date of citizenship?
