Yes. The oath (at least in my case) was handled by Halifax office though officers came from both offices. And it seems Atlantic Canada applications are processed on a regional basis rather than by province.

It's been a while since I logged in here. I got an online test invite today. It's available for a certain period. MIne's from Dec 22, 2020 - Jan 11, 2021 I have not read anything again about the material since last year. So good luck to me!

Maybe a browser issue? I guess the bottom line is we can change our address online. Did you receive any confirmation email that you requested a change? There is still a handful of December applicants (and even those who submitted earlier) who are not yet 'In process'. I don't think you need to...
