When you receive an automated reply, they mention you’re not going to be getting a response unless one of the mention states. Rehab applications unfortunately don’t fall in those categories. Honestly, the merits of customer service are beyond poor with the Canadian Embassy.

That’s the same as my case. I think I’m going to put an automated daily follow up email to them until I hear a response.

really depends where you're applied from. I was asked to submit an application for non-serious crimininality to the London Office, applied in Feb 2022, still havent heard anything. the turn around times for the processing of rehab applications is very demoralising.

i mean a copy of your passport is required as a fornal form of identification. either way, even if you need to apply for a passport, its a long process getting these applications processed. ive been waiting for over 15 months..

astonishing to hear rehab appliaction for canada being processed in 7 months. its been a complete year since submission of my application, im still waiting...a very slow process.
