This happened to me too. The moment I stopped logging in to check is when I got my ecopr and accepted for my pr card lol

I did it through in land spousal sponsorship, no clue why it took that long for them to provide me with an AOR :/ it was hard but thankfully I'm almost done!

I would provide them with the old address and then pay Canada post for their forwarding services a week before you move so in case it arrives after you moved the PR card would still be sent to you. You could also include your new address and a week before you move, submit a webform telling them...

I really recommend for all of you to send a webform (I think that's what's called) just saying you want to double check you sent the right info or something and provide everything they asked for in the email as well as your current address so they know you're in Canada. My second credentials...

From what I've read, you won't get a second email with the credentials. Instead, you have to check your account regularly to see when they add your case to your account. Be on the lookout! If it starts taking too long, raise a webform. Good luck!
